Where’s the Church?

Unalienable Rights are supposed to be unabridged. And yet, not only are they being abridged, but in some cases, they have been completely ignored. How can this be and why is it that even this issue isn’t causing God’s people to unite against this evil?

We are in a spiritual war between good and evil. As we experience Satan’s attack on our fundamental rights, one would think churches would be unified against this obvious spiritual attack. Unalienable rights are self-evident and they come from God, not man. Our Founding Fathers declared these rights in our Constitution known as, “The Bill of Rights”. For a person or a legislator to act against these rights is to expose a person who does not fear God.

Ecclesiastes 12:13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: For this is the whole duty of man.

Dear Christian, we are losing our Country because we have not been taught the truth about our Constitution. Our Constitution was created by God-fearing men and our church leaders ignorantly teach us that we are to obey our government because the Bible says that we are to obey them that have rule over us; not understanding that elected officials are servants and trustees who swear by oath or affirmation to uphold the Constitution. Ask yourself, Is your representative standing up for your inherent rights?

Washington State Constitution, Article I, Section 32. A frequent recurrence to fundamental principles is essential to the security of individual right and the perpetuity of free government.

Have you been taught what these fundamental principles are? Fundamental principles are the Maxims of Laws which are established truths that cannot be refuted in a court of law.

“A maxime is a proposition to be of all men confessed and granted without proofe, argument, or discourse.” -COKE Id. 67a.

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Maxims are known as laws of God because they are TRUTH. The laws of men are called Statutes and a statute can not overpower a maxim. Maxims are truths that are presented in a Court of Record. Statutes are argued in Administrative Courts. When you come to understand what has been going on in America for decades, you will see that in almost every court case, the attorneys are using statutes to argue their case and not Maxims. This is because attorneys are products of what they have been taught and not what is truth.

Colossians 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

If we are to learn from our mistakes we will see that ‘Tradition’ is dangerous because it can keep us from a knowledge of the truth. Not only the truth when it comes to our Constitution but the truth when it comes to the things of God.

Perhaps churches are not standing up for our God-given Rights because churches have become nothing more than organizations of people following men and not organizations of people who desire the things of God?

Romans 10:3 For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.

Have you ever considered this; Jesus started His Church and yet today there are several denominations within Christianity. Denominations are divisions and divisions create confusion, however, God is not the author of confusion. Could it be that our country is failing because, through tradition, we have been led to believe it is not possible to be obedient to God, after all, we are all sinners? Have you ever questioned the teachings within your denomination? God gave us a conscience for a reason.

Romans 16:17-18 Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them. For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.

If it is our desire to be right with God, we must learn to listen to our conscience when things seem to be contrary to the truth. We can easily be misled when scripture is taken out of context.

2Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Jesus, God in the flesh, was put to death by God’s people, He was then buried and three days later, He rose again. He did this because we cannot save ourselves. When we put our trust in this Gospel, we are saved for eternity. Many denominations add to this simple truth by teaching that one needs to be in church or get baptized, etc.; this is an example of tradition. Would you support a church that has a history of covering up sin? Chances are good that if your church is emphasizing weekly attendance, baptism, tithing, etc., and not the simplicity of the gospel by which you are saved, than you are not in a church that is pleasing to God. Learning to put your trust in the Word of God and stepping out by faith is not easy but it just might lead to the revival that is needed to save our country.

1 Timothy 6:5 Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.
